The 411...

Sitting here, enjoying my delicious lunch (416 calories)
  • 1/2 cup black beans (114 calories)
  • 1 cup brown rice (218 calories)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (30 calories)
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe (54 calories)
Breakfast was also tasty (445 calories)
  • 2 whole wheat frozen waffles (200 calories)
  • 2 slices (microwaved) bacon (87 calories)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (104 calories)
  • 1 cup cubed cantaloupe (54 calories)
My mid day snack was very good too! (110 calories)
  • 20 baby carrots (60 calories)
  • 2 tablespoons hummus (50 calories)
With my next half marathon 68 days and a wake-up away, I need to start increasing my running time/miles. Here's the plan for this week:
  • Monday - 30 minute run
  • Tuesday - 20 minute ride, plank/abs
  • Tuesday - 25 minute run
  • Thursday - rest or 20 minute ride, plank/abs
  • Friday - 20 minute run
  • Saturday - 60 minute run (this will be my longest run to date since my half marathon in February)
  • Sunday - Day Off!
