After 4 weeks of losing a total of 2 pounds, where I actually gained somewhere in there, I saw a legit number today...
Lost 2.1 lbs this week. I'm down to 168.2.
I've set some new goals for me...
Lose 5lbs each month until February 1. Manageable, but I'm going to have to keep working hard.
I've adjusted my goal weight to 135lbs. I'm not going to stress over than number. Originally I picked 145 as my goal, but I want to see if I can get down to 135 and maintain. If I can get there, why not? Right? Right!
After all, this is about being the best me I can be. Average isn't good enough.
